As Creative Director, I created everything from concept sketches to pixel perfect execution. I also hired, trained and managed our team of designers, while ensuring assets were on-brand, and delivered on time. Produced all the set designs for the editorial photography, as well as oversaw editing of images for final print and web use. Storyboarded and created stop motion animations for large brand clients, with GIFs as part of their campaigns.
Redesigned our legacy e-commerce website, originally built in 2014, creating wireframes and prototypes, while closely working with our developers to implement a ground-up rebuild of our site.

Designed exclusive pitches for each client's campaign needs- including everything from bespoke cocktails, custom POS/swag inclusions, and multimedia assets that our in-house team could produce (photoshoots, gifs, landing pages, site takeovers, etc). With these newly designed packages and clear up-sell opportunities, I personally pitched and closed over 300k in revenue in 5 months- featuring national and global clients: Diageo, Bacardi, Patron, Hennessy, Opening Ceremony, ComplexCon, Zola Weddings, Homepolish, Seedlip, Not Your Mother’s Haircare, Bliss Skincare, Emmy’s, and more.

Email continues to be one of our most successful channels, and we provide a mixture of new release information with value-adds (facts about the spirit, complementary recipes for food pairings, get to know your bartender, and holiday specific messaging).
